By providing your personal information (name, phone number, email address, etc.) for a quote or inquiry, you expressly consent to:

  • Collusion: Collaborating with repair facilities to fabricate claims or inflate repair costs.

Consequences of Fraud:

  • Immediate Termination of Contract: The service contract will be canceled without a refund.

  • Legal Action: Zoom Auto Protect may pursue legal remedies, including prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

  • Forfeiture of Future Services: The user will be permanently barred from accessing services.

Chargeback Policy

Zoom Auto Protect has a strict policy against unauthorized or frivolous chargebacks.​​​​

​

1.) Resolution Requirement: Users are required to contact Zoom Auto Protect at billing@zoomautoprotect.com to resolve disputes before initiating a chargeback.​​

​

2.) Unauthorized Chargebacks:

​

  • Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with Zoom Auto Protect will be considered unauthorized.

  • Users may face service termination and be held responsible for any chargeback fees incurred by the Company.

3.) Legal Action: The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action or involve collections agencies to recover disputed funds.

Negative or Bad Reviews

Zoom Auto Protect welcomes constructive feedback but has a zero-tolerance policy for false, defamatory, or malicious reviews intended to harm the Company’s reputation.​​​​

In the event of cancellation, users may receive a prorated refund based on unused coverage unless fraud or misconduct is involved, in which case no refund will be issued.

Arbitration and Jurisdiction
